Job summary

Ping An Bank Hong Kong Branch seeks an experienced operations professional to handle daily investment transactions processing and related projects. You will support settlement operations for mutual funds and other investment products, ensuring transactions are accurate and timely with compliance.

The role requires a university degree and at least five years in banking operations, with HKTR reporting experience, strong English and Chinese skills, and Mandarin fluency.

Qualifications

• University degree holder in Business Administration / Mathematics / Finance or related disciplines.
• At least 5 years of banking operations experience.
• Familiar with banking products, operations procedures and regulatory requirements.
• Experience with HKTR reporting.
• Strong interpersonal skills, self-driven with responsibility, able to work independently.
• Proficient in English and Chinese; Mandarin fluency required.

Responsibilities

• Specialize in daily investment transactions processing and related project implementations.
• Support settlement operations for mutual funds and other investment products.
• Ensure all investment transactions are processed accurately and timely with regulatory compliance.
• Responsible for HKTR report submission.
• Collaborate with other operations teams on enhancements, projects and automation.
• Support payments, loan operations, and account opening as needed.
• Support new product/service development and related UAT.
• Develop and execute standard operating procedures for banking operations.
• Prepare MIS and regulatory reports.
• Participate in ad-hoc projects as assigned.
