Job summary

The ideal candidate will support the Head of Back Office in managing daily operations across various services, including settlement, reconciliation, and regulatory reporting.

With a minimum of 10 years in post-trade operations, you will oversee end-to-end processes and lead junior staff, ensuring timely and efficient service delivery. Fluency in English and Mandarin is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in post-trade / back office operations.
• Solid product knowledge spanning OTC derivatives and structured products.
• Proven track record in managing operational risk and controls.
• Strong familiarity with FATCA/CRS and regulatory reporting requirements.
• Experience leading platform build-outs and process redesign.

Responsibilities

• Support daily operations function across various financial services.
• Oversee end-to-end post-trade processes and settlement.
