Central Wealth Securities Investment Limited in Hong Kong seeks a Head of Settlement to lead the settlement team across a multi-asset portfolio, ensuring accurate and timely post-trade processing. You will drive automation, risk mitigation, and regulatory compliance while adapting to Virtual Assets and new product lines.

The role requires deep market knowledge, strong leadership, and the ability to manage complex workflows under pressure.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 10 years in Settlement within a securities brokerage or investment bank, with at least 5 years in a managerial position.
• In-depth knowledge of settlement mechanics for HK/US Equities, Futures/Options, and Bonds is mandatory.
• Candidates with exposure to Virtual Assets (Crypto), OTC derivatives, or structured products would be an advantage.
• Solid understanding of Securities Rules and HKEX clearing rules.
• Excellent written and spoken Chinese and English with strong interpersonal skills.

Responsabilidades

• Actively lead and supervise the daily activities of the settlement team and review workflows to identify bottlenecks and risks.
• Oversee the full daily settlement cycle for HK & US Stocks, Options, Futures, Bond, Fund, OTC Products, and VA products and related corporate actions.
• Manage the settlement process for daily trade matching, scrip deposits/withdrawals, SI, corporate actions, IPOs, and Euroclear operations.
• Lead system enhancement projects (UAT) to improve settlement efficiency and integrate new product lines.
• Strengthen and streamline workflow processes, maintain updated SOPs and ensure compliance.
