Job summary

Recruit Logic Limited is seeking an IT App Support professional to handle wealth management trading systems in Hong Kong. You will provide first line production support for securities, futures, and stock options platforms, coordinate with vendors and in-house developers, and assist in deployments and testing.

The role requires 10–15 years in application support for trading platforms, strong SQL/DB2 skills, and fluency in English and Chinese.

Qualifications

• Degree holder in Computer Science or related discipline.
• 10-15 years experience in application support on trading systems (advantage).
• Experience in investment bank, brokerage or vendor is an added advantage.
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese; Mandarin is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Provide first line production support for wealth management trading systems.
• Investigate and resolve production issues; coordinate with vendors and in-house teams.
• Plan and execute internal testing for system upgrades per standards.
• Assist in user acceptance testing and system deployments.
• Perform health checks to maintain system stability for local and global markets.
• Provide remote support during incidents.
