Job summary

Recruit Logic Limited is looking for an IT App Support professional to provide first-line production support for wealth management trading systems, including securities, futures and stock options platforms. You will liaise with vendors and the in-house team, perform testing, and help with deployments to ensure system stability.

The role requires strong English and Chinese communication, a degree in CS or related discipline, and 10–15 years in trading-system support. HK market knowledge is a plus.

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science or related discipline.
• 10–15 years experience in application support on trading systems (e.g. Sharp Point, TTL) is an advantage.
• Experience in investment bank, brokerage or system vendor is an added advantage.
• Knowledge of equity / futures trading and settlement system functionality, bank transfer, operation flow, HKEx and global market connectivity is preferable.
• Exposure to technical skills like FIX, Windows scheduling, monitoring or reporting is preferable.

Responsibilities

• Provide first line application production support for wealth management.
• Manage, resolve and investigate production system issues for securities, futures and stock options trading systems.
• Coordinate with vendor and in-house development team to implement IT solutions.
• Plan and execute internal testing for system upgrades with documented results.
• Assist in user acceptance testing and system deployments.
• Manage system upgrades or new projects per change management policy.
• Perform health checks and maintain system stability for local and global markets.
• Provide remote support in case of emergencies/incidents.
