Job summary

Recruit Logic Limited is seeking an IT App Support professional for our finance division in Hong Kong. You will provide first-line production support for wealth management systems, focusing on securities, futures, and stock option trading platforms, including internet channels and mobile apps.

The role involves coordinating with vendors and in-house development teams, performing system upgrades, testing, and deployments, and ensuring stability across global markets.

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 5–8 years' experience in application support on trading systems (e.g., Sharp Point, TTL) is advantageous.
• Experience with investment banks, brokerages or system vendors is a plus.
• Solid knowledge of equity/futures trading and settlement system functionality.
• Familiarity with bank transfers, operation flows, HKEx and global market connectivity.
• Experience in dealing with end users and vendors and in troubleshooting production issues.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-line production support for wealth management applications.
• Triage, investigate and resolve production issues across trading systems (securities, futures, stock options).
• Coordinate with vendor and in-house teams to implement IT solutions.
• Plan and execute internal testing for system upgrades with documented results.
• Assist with user acceptance testing and system deployments.
• Manage upgrades and new projects for team-handled applications; follow change control policies.
• Conduct periodic health checks to ensure system stability and availability for local and global markets.
• Provide remote support during emergencies or incidents.
