Qualifications

• At least 1 year Insurance or Investment sales experience or 2 years working experience.
• Passed IIQE paper 1, 2, 3 and HKSI 1, 7, 8.
• Strong knowledge for Investment, Global Market, Insurance product.
• University degree or above preferred.
• Fluent Chinese, English and Putonghua in written and speaking.

Responsibilities

• Manage and strengthen relationships with a portfolio of retail banking customers.
• Acquire, develop and retain customer relationships to drive portfolio growth.
• Identify customer needs and deliver tailored financial solutions that exceed expectations.
• Understand customers' personal and professional financial goals to provide holistic wealth management advice.
• Develop individualized strategies focused on wealth creation and capital preservation.
• Achieve assigned KPIs and profit targets by expanding existing customer relationships and acquiring new ones.
• Enhance customer loyalty by proactively meeting their needs directly or through effective collaboration with internal business partners.
