Job summary

You will lead new business acquisition, cross-sell a broad range of banking products, and maintain compliance with KYC and regulatory standards. Proficiency with CRM tools and core banking systems, plus QE 1-3 / SI 1-8 certifications, are highly valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related discipline.
• 3+ years of relationship management, sales, or advisory experience in retail banking, wealth management, or financial services.
• Local or industry certifications ( QE 1-3, SI 1-8, or regional equivalents) are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate long-term client relationships and loyalty.
• Advise on bespoke investment solutions including stocks, bonds, mutual funds, and insurance.
• Drive branch growth by reaching walk-in prospects and high-net-worth clients.
• Cross-sell across credit cards, personal loans, mortgages, and overseas accounts.
• Maintain compliance through KYC and adherence to regulations to prevent fraud.
