Job summary

Gravitas Recruitment Group Hong Kong is seeking a motivated Relationship Manager / Personal Banking Manager to join the retail banking division of an international bank. You will deliver personalized financial solutions and expert advisory services to individual clients, strengthening relationships and cross-selling insurance and investment products.

The role requires 3+ years in retail banking with direct sales experience, a customer-centric approach, and strong communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years in retail banking with direct sales experience in insurance or investment.
• Strong understanding of personal banking products and services.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-centric approach.
• Proven track record in achieving sales targets and managing client relationships.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with banking software is a plus.
