Bank is seeking a Customer Relationship Manager (Wealth Management, Retail Branch) to build enduring relationships with high-net-worth clients and to analyze financial opportunities within a full range of retail banking and wealth management products.

The role requires 2+ years in consumer banking sales, RM or ARM experience, and relevant licensing (HKSI 1/7/8, IFP Part 1-5). Multilingual communication in English, Chinese, and Putonghua is essential.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree or above in Business Administration, Finance, or related disciplines.
• Minimum of 2 years of sales experience within the consumer banking field.
• Proven experience working as a Relationship Manager or Assistant Relationship Manager.
• Valid passes in the Hong Kong Securities and Investment Institute Licensing Examination Papers 1, 7, and 8.
• Valid passes in the Insurance Intermediaries Qualifying Examination Papers 1, 2, 3, 4, and 5, along with the Mandatory Provident Fund Intermediaries Examination.
• Professional qualifications such as CFP,Certified Financial Planner, or Enhanced Competency Framework on Retail Wealth Management are highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of the investment market and various banking products.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong sales and customer-oriented mindset.
• Proficiency in both written and spoken English, Chinese, and Putonghua.
