Job summary

DBS Bank Ltd in Hong Kong is seeking an experienced Group HR professional to design and implement group-wide organization development initiatives, lead workforce planning and change programs, and collaborate with senior leaders to diagnose talent needs.

You will leverage analytics and GenAI tools to deliver insights, drive performance, and support wellbeing and engagement initiatives across the bank, shaping a high-performance culture.

Qualifications

• Experience in Organization Development, strategic workforce planning, or HR/management consulting.
• Ability to turn talent data into actionable insights for leadership.
• Proven track record in change management and organization design.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement group-wide OD initiatives to support growth and transformation.
• Drive organization design, culture transformation, and change management to boost effectiveness.
• Partner with HR partners and senior leaders to diagnose organizational needs and deliver Strategic Workforce Planning.
• Lead enterprise workforce analytics to diagnose trends and deliver predictive insights on workforce composition and productivity.
• Leverage GenAI and data tools to scale workforce modeling and scenario planning.
• Lead end-to-end execution of year-end Performance & Promotion exercises with BHR & BUSU alignment.
• Manage bankwide employee engagement survey lifecycle from deployment to analytics.
• Lead the Wellbeing Framework enhancements and wellbeing initiatives across the employee lifecycle.
