Job summary

Qualifications

• At least 10 years in recruitment leadership roles.
• Experience building university partnerships and campus programmes.
• Proven ability to translate recruitment trends into actionable strategies.

Responsibilities

• Lead recruitment transformation initiatives with Group HR and stakeholders.
• Oversee Contingent Workforce Management governance and compliance.
• Manage recruitment vendor governance and performance.
• Partner with Talent Advisors/HRBPs to develop targeted recruitment strategies.
• Strengthen employer branding and improve candidate experience.
• Utilise analytics and KPIs to drive improvements.
• Contribute to HR projects and staff events.
