Job summary

DBS Bank (Indonesia) is seeking a senior HR professional in Hong Kong to drive organization development, workforce planning, and analytics across the group. You will lead design initiatives, culture transformation, and change management programs to enhance effectiveness and guide leadership decisions.

Partnering with HRBPs and senior leaders, you will diagnose needs, deliver predictive insights, and scale workforce modeling using GenAI and data tools.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement group-wide organization development initiatives to support business growth and transformation
• Drive organization design initiatives, culture transformation, and change management programs to enhance organizational effectiveness
• Partner with HR Business Partners and senior business leaders to diagnose organizational needs and deliver Strategic Workforce Planning
• Lead enterprise workforce landscape analytics, leveraging talent and operational data to diagnose structural trends and deliver predictive insights
• Leverage GenAI and advanced data tools to scale workforce modeling, scenario planning and insights generation
• Lead and support year-end Performance & Promotion exercises with senior partners to ensure fair outcomes
• Manage and champion the bankwide employee engagement survey lifecycle from survey deployment to analytics
• Lead the Wellbeing Framework initiatives, integrating holistic support mechanisms into the employee lifecycle
