Qualifications

• At least 10 years of relevant experience delivering recruitment strategies and initiatives.
• Experience developing university partnerships, campus recruitment events, and graduate programs.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment trends, best practices, and emerging technologies.
• Experience in contingent workforce governance and vendor management with risk awareness.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with data-driven decision making.
• Experience leading recruitment transformation projects focused on process optimisation and candidate experience.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management across functions.
• Strong leadership to coach, motivate, and develop talent.

Responsibilities

• Lead recruitment transformation initiatives with Group and internal stakeholders to streamline processes and improve hire quality.
• Lead Contingent Workforce Management governance and ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
• Oversee talent acquisition vendor management and governance.
• Partner with Talent Advisors and HR Business Partners to develop recruitment strategies and campaigns, including campus recruitment and career fairs.
• Strengthen employer branding and improve candidate experience with HR COO.
• Use talent acquisition analytics and KPI monitoring to identify improvements and drive data-driven decisions.
• Contribute to HR projects and initiatives, including staff events, HR audits, and ad hoc reporting.
