Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive HR experience in HR Business Partnering, Talent Acquisition or related functions.
• Banking/financial services exposure preferred.
• Strategic thinker with ability to influence senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Serve as trusted advisor to business leaders on talent, organisation design, workforce planning and change management.
• Partner with senior stakeholders to align people strategies with business priorities for sustainable growth.
• Drive talent reviews, succession planning and leadership development initiatives.
