Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited (HKEX) is seeking an experienced Vice President, Intermediaries Coverage to lead strategic relationships with Hong Kong intermediaries and large regional brokers. You will be the senior client-facing representative, driving adoption of HKEX cash, derivatives, ETFs, connectivity and post-trade solutions while collaborating with product and operations teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related discipline.
• 8–12 years of relevant experience in financial markets or related institutions.
• Proven sales, relationship management or business development experience.
• Strong understanding of equity markets, ETFs, and post-trade processes.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Client Relationship Management: manage and develop relationships with strategic intermediary clients across Hong Kong.
• Business Development and Revenue Growth: identify opportunities to increase client participation across HKEX’s markets and services.
• Product and Market Development: support launch and adoption of new products and market initiatives.
• Market Intelligence and Client Advocacy: capture market sentiment and client requirements to guide planning.
• Internal Collaboration and Stakeholder Management: coordinate resources across teams to deliver client engagement strategies.
