Job summary

Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited in Hong Kong is seeking a senior strategic leader to work on the Trading Department's business side, supporting HKEX initiatives in securities, Stock Connect, and derivatives markets. You will contribute to microstructure development and drive key projects with cross-functional teams.

You will lead strategic development, market analysis, stakeholder engagement, and project management, building a high-performing team while aligning with regulatory mandates

Qualifications

Strong academic background and experience in capital markets.
Proven ability to articulate complex ideas and influence stakeholders.
Experience leading cross-functional teams on strategic initiatives.

Responsibilities

Lead and oversee strategic initiatives for HKEX's market structure and Stock Connect projects.
Analyze global market developments and regulatory shifts to guide strategy.
Engage with IT teams, regulators, participants, and industry bodies to gather feedback.
Manage project planning, budgeting and execution with accountability across divisions.
Develop and coach a high-performing team aligned with HKEX values.
