Job summary

Hong Kong Exchanges & Clearing Ltd seeks a Vice President for Network Management and Participant Services to lead post-trade operations and develop strategic partnerships with banks, brokers, and regulators. The role requires deep understanding of HK market participants and strong collaboration across multiple functions.

The candidate will drive initiatives for custody services, policy templates, and market engagement while mentoring teams and delivering results in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• University degree in Finance/Business or related field.
• 7–10 years in post-trade products/services; HK market knowledge.
• Strong leadership, stakeholder mgmt, and communication skills.
• Fluent in English, Chinese, and Putonghua.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships across local banks, brokers, exchanges, CSDs, and regulators.
• Lead post-trade initiatives with Operations, Product, Tech, Sales, Legal, Compliance and Risk.
• Support strategic projects for comprehensive custody services.
• Define documentation templates for standards and contracts.
• Provide training to clearing participants to improve enquiries and introduce new services.
• Draft market engagement plans for post-trade initiatives.
• Direct cross-functional post-trade projects and communicate market needs.
• Monitor market developments and publish market news flashes.
