Job summary

DBS Bank in Hong Kong is seeking a Relationship Manager to drive liability acquisitions and CASA growth with a focus on PRC/GBA clients. The role requires strong credit assessment, interpersonal and negotiation skills and registration as an RI with HKSI licenses.

You will engage with clients, coordinate with various departments, ensure regulatory compliance, and manage risk while delivering quality banking services from an on-site location in Mira Place Tower A.

Qualifications

• Prefer degree in Business Administration, Marketing or Economics.
• Strong credit evaluation and teamwork.
• Excellent communication in English and Putonghua.
• Must be registered RI with HKSI licensing papers 1, 7 & 8 or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Acquire new liabilities accounts and promote CASA and fee income products, focusing on PRC/GBA.
• Monitor account performance to ensure facility utilization and control delinquencies.
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries regarding banking operations.
• Liaise with other departments to resolve customer issues and gather market information.
