DBS Bank in Hong Kong is seeking a Relationship Manager to drive liability acquisitions and CASA growth with a focus on PRC/GBA clients. The role requires strong credit assessment, interpersonal and negotiation skills and registration as an RI with HKSI licenses.

You will engage with clients, coordinate with various departments, ensure regulatory compliance, and manage risk while delivering quality banking services from an on-site location in Mira Place Tower A.

Qualifikationen

Responsibilities

• To acquire new liabilities accounts, capture CASA and penetrate various fee income products to our clients with PRC/GBA as major focus
• Monitor account performance to ensure good utilization of facilities and to control overdue situations.
• Provide prompt and courteous response to customer inquiries in respect of all aspects of banking operations.
• Liaise with other departments to solve problems encountered by customers.
• Obtain up-to-date market information in the baking industry and help develop new products.
• Comply with all regulatory requirements imposed by regulatory authorities, and policies, standards, lending guidelines and procedures of the Bank.
• Perform regulated activities, type 1 and 4 specified under the Securities and Futures Ordinance (SFO).
• Comply with the registered capacity as well as any conditions imposed by the HKMA and other regulator bodies. This includes compliance with the applicable requirements of the Code of conduct for Persons Licensed by or Registered with the SFC.

Requirements

• Preferably degree holder in Business Administration, Marketing or Economics
• Good credit evaluation skill and good teamwork spirit
• Good communication in both spoken and written English and Putonghua
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
• Must be registered RI (Regulated Activities: Type 1 & 4) with passes in HKSI Licensing Examination Papers 1, 7& 8; or equivalent
