Job summary

DBS Bank in Hong Kong seeks a Relationship Management professional to acquire liabilities, manage client accounts, and drive fee income with a PRC/GBA focus. You will monitor facilities, respond to inquiries, and liaise across departments to solve issues.

The role requires strong credit evaluation, teamwork, and excellent English and Putonghua communication. Eligible candidates should meet RI license requirements and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Preferably degree holder in Business Administration, Marketing or Economics.
• Good credit evaluation skill and good teamwork spirit.
• Good communication in both spoken and written English and Putonghua.

Responsibilities

• Acquire new liabilities accounts, capture CASA and penetrate various fee income products to our clients with PRC/GBA as major focus.
• Monitor account performance to ensure good utilization of facilities and to control overdue situations.
• Provide prompt and courteous response to customer inquiries in respect of all aspects of banking operations.
• Liaise with other departments to solve problems encountered by customers.
• Obtain up-to-date market information in the baking industry and help develop new products.
• Comply with all regulatory requirements imposed by regulatory authorities, and policies, standards, lending guidelines and procedures of the Bank.
• Perform regulated activities, type 1 and 4 specified under the Securities and Futures Ordinance (SFO).
• Comply with the registered capacity as well as any conditions imposed by the HKMA and other regulator bodies. This includes compliance with the applicable requirements of the Code of conduct for Persons Licensed by or Registered with the SFC.
