Job summary
Speedy Group Corp. Limited is seeking an IT Helpdesk/End-User Support professional in Hong Kong to provide telephone and remote support for PCs, Outlook, and designated systems.
The role includes handling inquiries, troubleshooting hardware, software, and email issues, and assisting with password changes and e-Certificate renewals. The ideal candidate will have a IT-related diploma, 2+ years in helpdesk or end-user support, and strong communication skills to assist users across various levels,
Qualifications
- Diploma / Higher Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science or related disciplines.
- At least 2-years experience in IT Helpdesk, Desktop Support, Technical Support or End-user Support is preferred.
- Hands-on knowledge of PC troubleshooting, email applications and general desktop support.
- Experience with Lotus Notes and/or Microsoft Outlook is an advantage.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Responsible, patient and able to provide support to users at different levels.
Responsibilities
- Provide telephone and remote IT support to users on PCs, Outlook and other designated systems.
- Handle user enquiries and troubleshoot hardware, software, email and system-related issues.
- Assist users with password changes, e-Certificate renewal and replacement.
- Provide daily backup support for email and designated systems, including mailbox restoration when required.
- Support video conferencing systems and email access on mobile devices.
- Provide dedicated IT support to VIP users at the head office.
