Job summary

Speedy Group Corp. Limited seeks an IT Helpdesk professional to support and test the New Office's IT applications, conduct UAT, and follow up on error reports. You will assist in system administration, provide end-user IT support, and liaise with departments to resolve issues.

Responsibilities include compiling statistical reports and supporting video conferences and general help-desk services for users in a dynamic organization.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2-5 years of experience in a similar IT support role.
• Strong knowledge of hardware, software, and networking technologies.
• Solid experience in system/software testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Ability to communicate technical information to non-technical users.

Responsibilities

• Support, maintain and test IT applications and perform UAT.
• Assist in system administration and liaise with stakeholders to resolve issues.
• Provide end-user IT support including help-desk services and video conferences.

IT Helpdesk/ Senior IT Helpdesk Support (multi-posts)

Support, maintain and test the New Office's IT applications, including conducting User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and follow-up on error reports for the electronic application processing system

Assist in system administration, provide technical support on IT applications and equipment, and liaise with other departments and relevant stakeholders, such as financial intermediaries, etc. to resolve system issues

Compile statistical reports

Provide end-user IT support services, including help-desk service, supporting video conferences, and troubleshooting user problems

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 2-5 years of experience in a similar IT support role, preferably in the Information & Communication Technology industry
• Strong knowledge of hardware, software, and networking technologies
• Solid experience in system/ software testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
• Ability to effectively communicate technical information to non-technical users
• Proficient in Windows, Office 365, and other common business applications
