Job summary

Primetech Technology Limited is seeking an IT Support professional in Hong Kong to provide technical assistance to internal users on hardware and software. The role covers Windows, Office, email systems (Outlook), video conferencing setup, and hardware installations including PCs and printers.

You will manage PC/printer/network issues, maintain hardware/software inventory, and assist with AD/email administration.

Qualifications

• Diploma or above in IT field.
• At least 1 year IT support experience.
• Willing to learn and adapt to new tasks.
• Good communication in Cantonese.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to internal users on hardware and software.
• Provide support on MS Windows and MS Office.
• Support corporate communication systems including email (Outlook, Web and Mobile devices), video conference equipment setup.
• Perform hardware and software installations such as Workstations, Laptop PCs and Printers.
• Provide support to internal customers on PC/Printer/Network and peripheral related issues.
• Maintain up-to-date hardware & software inventory.
• Perform system administration and health checking.
• Perform system administration include AD account / Email account management.
• Software and hardware inventory management.
