Shangri-La Group in Hong Kong is seeking a Guest Services Associate to ensure smooth daily operations and deliver exceptional guest experiences, with a focus on VIP guests during their stay.

You will handle check-ins and check-outs, update VIP lists and guest preferences, and collaborate with management to anticipate needs. Strong English, Cantonese and Putonghua are essential, as is a personable, customer-oriented approach and team spirit.

Qualifications

• Higher Diploma or above in Hospitality Management or related disciplines.
• Relevant experience in Hotels/Clubhouses/Theme Parks would be an advantage.
• Strong interpersonal and guest service skills.
• Customer-oriented, outgoing, and self-motivated team player.
• Excellent command of spoken English, Cantonese, and Putonghua.

Responsabilités

• Ensure smooth daily operations and deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Provide personalized service to VIP guests throughout their stay.
• Handle check-ins/outs and rooming for special arrivals e.g. family suites, limousine.
• Update VIP lists and guest preferences in GuestPedia to anticipate needs.
• Perform any other duties as assigned by Management.
