Shangri-La Group is seeking a Night Manager to oversee guest room operations, ensuring smooth and personalized service aligned with Shangri-La’s standards. You will supervise VIP services and manage night‑time workflow to maintain operational excellence.

Ideal candidates hold a Hospitality Management diploma with 5+ years in Front Office at large hotels, including 3 years in supervision. Proficiency in Opera PMS and strong English, Cantonese, and Putonghua are required.

Qualifications

• Diploma or above in Hospitality Management.
• At least 5 years of relevant Front Office experience in sizable hotels.
• At least 3 years in a supervisory role.

Responsabilités

• Supervise VIP guest services and ensure all feedback and incidents are documented promptly.
• Lead the Hotel’s Emergency Response Team during night shifts and participate in training.
• Address security, health, and safety issues per hotel policies and procedures.
• Review and approve all Front Office night audit reports prior to finalizing Opera PMS night audit.
