Job summary

Shangri-La Group invites applications for a Family Experience Host at Island Shangri-La, Hong Kong. You will deliver personalized guest service and ensure the smooth operation of the Family Lounge, creating memorable experiences for families staying with us.

The role requires a Higher Diploma in Hospitality Management or related discipline, with strong interpersonal and language skills in English, Cantonese and Putonghua.

Qualifications

• Higher Diploma or above in Hospitality Management or related disciplines.
• Relevant experience in Hotels/Clubhouses/Theme Parks would be an advantage.
• Strong interpersonal and guest service skills.
• Customer-oriented, outgoing, and self-motivated team player.
• Excellent command of spoken English, Cantonese, and Putonghua.

Responsibilities

• Ensure smooth daily operations and deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Provide personalized service to VIP guests throughout their stay.
• Handle check-ins/outs and rooming for special arrivals e.g. family suites, limousine.
• Update VIP lists and guest preferences in GuestPedia to anticipate needs.
• Perform any other duties as assigned by Management.
