Grand Hyatt Hong Kong, located in Wan Chai, seeks a front desk professional to deliver exceptional guest experiences at the Reception and Lounge. You will greet VIP guests, handle inquiries, and efficiently manage check-in and check-out while upholding the brand standards.

The ideal candidate has a hospitality background, strong communication, and a customer-focused mindset, with a team-oriented approach to ensure guest satisfaction in a luxury hotel setting.

Qualifications

• Preferably a relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management.
• Preferably with around 3 years of working experience in service industries.
• Good communication skills and high proficiency in language skills.
• A great team player who is customer-oriented, attentive and hospitable.

Responsabilités

• Provide excellent and consistent service to guests in Reception and Lounge according to brand standards.
• Greet VIP guests, handle guest inquiries, and perform check-in/check-out procedures.
• Aim for high guest satisfaction by building rapport and anticipating guests’ needs.
