Job summary

Upper House Hong Kong is seeking a warm, guest-focused hospitality professional to join our luxury team. You will create memorable experiences by recognizing guests, guiding seating arrangements, and delivering high-quality food and beverage service in a dynamic, service-driven environment.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in customer service, strong Cantonese and English communication, and a hotel management diploma or equivalent.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in customer service; fresh graduates considered.
• Excellent spoken and written communication in Cantonese and English; Putonghua and other languages are a plus.
• Diploma or above in hotel management or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Maximize guest satisfaction through personal recognition and cordial attention from arrival to departure.
• Register guests and seat them according to procedures.
• Provide excellent food and beverage service adhering to hotel hygiene standards.
• Deliver personalized service; proactively engage guests with recommendations.
• Know promotions in Pacific Place, surrounding TUH and Star Street precinct.
• Offer insightful shopping and dining recommendations.
