Grand Hyatt Hong Kong in Wan Chai is seeking a Front Office/Reception professional to deliver excellent guest service in line with brand standards. You will greet VIP guests, respond to inquiries, and manage check-in/check-out efficiently.

The ideal candidate holds a hospitality or tourism qualification with about 2 years in Front Office, strong communication skills, and a customer‑oriented, hospitable mindset. Applicants with less experience may be considered as Host.

Formación

• Degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management.
• Preferably 2 years of Front Office experience.
• Good communication skills and language proficiency.
• Team player who is customer‑oriented, hospitable, and attentive.

Responsabilidades

• Provide excellent and consistent service to guests in line with hotel brand standards at Reception and Lounge.
• Greet VIP guests, handle guest inquiries, and perform check-in/check-out procedures.
• Achieve high guest satisfaction by building rapport and anticipating guests' needs.
