Job summary

Ocean Park Corporation seeks an experienced Training and Development Manager to lead training activities and drive talent development. You will design, plan and deliver competency-based and soft skills programs in classroom and online settings, and develop engaging online content while maintaining the e-learning system.

Additionally, you will oversee staff incentive programmes and handle ad hoc tasks, requiring strong communication and stakeholder management across teams in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• A degree in Training, Management, HR, Business Administration or related discipline is required.
• At least 5 years’ relevant work experience in learning and development, including hands-on training design & delivery, with 3+ years in a supervisory/managerial role.
• Strong design, facilitation and stakeholder mgmt skills; solid project management knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Design, plan and deliver competency-based and soft skills training in classroom and online settings.
• Provide training solutions, assess results, and develop online learning content.
• Drive e-learning system maintenance and online learning development.
• Oversee staff incentive programmes and handle ad hoc tasks.
