Job summary

TG Hong Kong is seeking a capable Training and Development professional to plan, design, and deliver training programmes across organizational change initiatives. The role emphasizes needs assessment, material design, and program evaluation to enhance staff development and engagement.

The successful candidate will oversee e-learning resources, data analysis on training metrics, and coordination with departments for HR development projects in a dynamic public or tertiary education environment.

Qualifications

• A bachelor’s degree from a university in Hong Kong, or equivalent.
• Minimum of 5 years’ post-degree full-time work experience; HR/training and development exposure preferred.
• Proficiency in Chinese and English; strong written and spoken communication in Cantonese, Putonghua and English.

Responsibilities

• Plan and organize training programmes supporting organizational changes and staff engagement.
• Provide support in all aspects of training matters: identify needs, design plans, execute and evaluate results.
• Design and deliver training programmes and prepare training materials.
• Support implementation of human resource management/development projects.
• Develop and manage e-learning resources.
• Conduct data analysis on training-related data and prepare management reports.
• Assist in administration of training policies, guidelines, sponsorship schemes and other office matters.
• Supervise a team of supporting staff.
