Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Engineering, Automation, Manufacturing, Mechatronics, or related field.
• 5–8 years in automation, smart manufacturing, industrial engineering, manufacturing engineering, or technical training.
• Fluent Mandarin with strong English communication.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001, IATF 16949, APQP, FMEA, SPC, MSA, PPAP, Lean, Six Sigma, MES, DFM, CpK is preferred.
• Experience in instructional design, adult learning, and e‑learning platforms.
• Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Training or education certification such as CPTD/CTP is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver technical training programs on automation, robotics, smart manufacturing, and digital tools.
• Collaborate with operations, engineering, quality, and HR to identify skill gaps and create targeted learning solutions.
• Keep training content current with AI/ML, IoT, data analytics, predictive maintenance, and digital manufacturing.

We are seeking a skilled and motivated training specialist to build workforce capability in automation, robotics, and smart manufacturing. In this role, you will design and deliver practical, high-impact technical training that supports operational excellence, technology adoption, and continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities:

• Design and deliver technical training programs on automation, robotics, smart manufacturing, and digital tools.
• Work with operations, engineering, quality, and HR teams to identify skill gaps and develop targeted learning solutions.
• Keep training content current with emerging manufacturing technologies, including AI/ML, IoT, data analytics, predictive maintenance, and digital manufacturing.
• Provide hands‑on coaching and technical mentorship to internal trainers and employees.
• Evaluate training effectiveness and continuously improve content, delivery, and business impact.
• Support application of ISO 9001, IATF 16949, and relevant quality management tools.
• Develop and maintain training materials, including manuals, work instructions, presentations, assessments, and e‑learning modules.

Qualifications, Experience, and Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Engineering, Automation, Manufacturing, Mechatronics, or a related discipline.
• 5 - 8 years of relevant experience in automation, smart manufacturing, industrial engineering, manufacturing engineering, or technical training.
• Strong knowledge of automation, robotics, smart manufacturing, AI/ML, IoT, data analytics, and digital manufacturing applications.
• Experience in instructional design, adult learning, technical training delivery, and e‑learning platforms.
• Good understanding of ISO 9001, IATF 16949, APQP, FMEA, SPC, MSA, PPAP, Lean, Six Sigma, MES, DFM, and CpK is preferred.
• Strong communication, facilitation, presentation, problem‑solving, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Training, instructional design, or adult education certification, such as CPTD or CTP, is an advantage.
• Fluent in Mandarin, with strong written and spoken English communication skills.
