Job summary

You will design and deliver practical training, turning complex concepts into effective learning, coaching internal trainers, and driving operational excellence.

Ideal candidates have 5–8 years in automation or technical training, fluency in Mandarin and strong English, plus knowledge of ISO 9001/IATF 16949 and Lean Six Sigma.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Engineering, Automation, Manufacturing, Mechatronics, or related field.
• 5–8 years in automation, smart manufacturing, industrial engineering, manufacturing engineering, or technical training.
• Fluent Mandarin with strong English communication.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001, IATF 16949, APQP, FMEA, SPC, MSA, PPAP, Lean, Six Sigma, MES, DFM, CpK is preferred.
• Experience in instructional design, adult learning, and e‑learning platforms.
• Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Training or education certification such as CPTD/CTP is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver technical training programs on automation, robotics, smart manufacturing, and digital tools.
• Collaborate with operations, engineering, quality, and HR to identify skill gaps and create targeted learning solutions.
• Keep training content current with AI/ML, IoT, data analytics, predictive maintenance, and digital manufacturing.
• Provide hands‑on coaching and mentorship to internal trainers and employees.
• Evaluate training effectiveness and drive continuous improvement.
