Randstad Hong Kong Limited is seeking a proactive System Service professional to support digital trading platforms in Wan Chai. You will liaise between business operations and technical systems, ensuring smooth daily operations and deployments.

The role emphasizes first-line support, system administration, UAT coordination, and opportunities to apply AI to optimize workflows within an international wealth management environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or related disciplines.
• 1–2 years working experience; exposure to local brokerage operations or trading platforms preferred.
• Strong customer-centric mindset with problem-solving and responsive troubleshooting skills.
• Experience in Business Analysis (BA) or AI background is an advantage.
• Fluent in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.

Responsabilités

• Provide first-line technical support for digital trading platforms and end-user inquiries.
• Perform system administration tasks including user accounts, permissions, and limit adjustments.
• Coordinate UAT with test plans and test cases.
• Gate deployments and system changes after thorough testing.
• Identify processes to automate using AI tools to streamline workflows.
• Assist with incident management and communications during outages.
• Conduct regular system health checks and maintain operation manuals.
