Job summary

Recruit Logic Limited seeks IT App Support for trading platforms, providing first line production support for wealth management applications in Hong Kong. You will manage issues in securities, futures, and stock options trading systems, including internet trading channels and mobile apps.

We value 5–8 years of experience in trading-system support, knowledge of equity/futures trading, and the ability to work with vendors and in-house teams to deliver IT solutions and upgrades.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years experience in application support on trading systems (e.g. Sharp Point, TTL) is an advantage.
• Sound knowledge of equity/futures trading and settlement system functionality.

Responsibilities

• Provide first line production support for wealth management trading applications.
• Investigate and resolve production issues across securities, futures, and stock options trading systems.
• Coordinate with vendors and in-house developers to implement IT solutions.
• Plan and execute internal testing for system upgrades with documented results.
