Job summary

Fortress in Hong Kong is seeking an organized, detail‑oriented Operations Support Analyst to assist the Trading Team with data maintenance, documentation, and purchase orders.

You will coordinate with suppliers and staff, manage product listings, and support administrative workflows to ensure smooth day‑to‑day operations in a fast‑paced retail environment. The role offers opportunities to grow within a leading O+O retailer with about 70 stores in HK and Macau.

Qualifications

• Diploma or above in Business Administration, Retail Management, Marketing, or related disciplines.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other Microsoft Office applications.
• Good organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks.
• Proactive team player with effective communication and coordination skills.
• Willingness to learn and support a fast-paced retail business environment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update product, and promotional data in internal systems with high accuracy
• Coordinate with Trading team and suppliers on documentation, product information, and order follow-up
• Support the Trading Team in managing purchase orders, product listings, and administrative workflows
• Organize and maintain records, files, and documents to ensure proper documentation and easy retrieval
• Assist in ad hoc projects and operational tasks to support category performance and business initiatives
