Job summary

Qualifications

• University graduate preferred, any discipline.
• 2+ years’ sales admin support experience in sizeable organization.
• Strong problem solving skills and ability to work independently.
• Excellent communication and customer-oriented attitude.
• Strong computer skills and multitask capability.
• Proficiency in English.

Responsibilities

• Provide aftersales order processing, handle enquiries, and maintain system data.
• Coordinate with sales, FSE, credit and logistics to ensure on-time order execution.
• Assist Operation Manager with SHEQ policy and general admin tasks.
