Job summary

OnTheList Limited is seeking a Stock & Operations Specialist for HK operations (FLOOR_HK, Quarry Bay). You will manage set up and pack up days, stock replenishment, cashier duties, and IT/assets at multiple locations while also performing on-floor selling.

Strong English/Mandarin/Cantonese, MS Office, and stock-system control are essential. The role requires Form 6 or above with at least 1 year in retail sales; more experienced candidates may be considered for a supervisory path.

Qualifications

• Form 6 and above, minimum 1 year of retail sales experience.
• More experienced candidates will be considered for the Supervisor role.
• Possess excellent communication, and analytical skills.
• Self-motivated, mature and good team-player.
• Good command of spoken and written English, Mandarin and Cantonese.
• Good PC skills such as MS Office
• Strong logical mindset, high-energy self-starter with a relentless, entrepreneurial work ethic
• Exceptionally organised, with time management and multitasking skills
• Immediate available is highly preferred

Responsibilities

• Ensure that the set up is executed to a high standard including labelling, paper and digital signage, and that it is reviewed on a daily basis.
• At the end of each event, all inventory are well packed in line with the brands expectations and the SOP followed. Discrepancies investigated
• Keep an accurate record of both inbound and outbound counting
• All asset controls are kept up to date including offsite locations, and those onsite are in good working order, reporting any defectives
• During operational days ensure good customer flow at key areas including entrance and cashier.
• Excellent control of Stock management systems and processes including stock room
• Work with the Senior Stock and Operations Specialist and the management team to ensure that headcount is sufficient
