Job summary

HKBN is seeking a detail-oriented support specialist to manage data related to products and suppliers, process orders, and oversee inventory in collaboration with the warehouse and sales teams.

The role involves preparing accounting correspondences, providing administrative support to the Product Team, and maintaining accurate data records to ensure timely stock and smooth operations in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Diploma or above in supply chain management or related discipline preferred.
• Experience in sales support, merchandizing or data management preferred.
• Good logical thinking; work independently.
• Good communication and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Data management on product and supplier information.
• Order processing and inventory management.
• Engage with suppliers and Warehouse in inventory management; support product team in expediting stock with suppliers and communicating with Sales Team.
• Preparing correspondences in accounting and sampling.
• Administrative support to Product Team.
