Job summary

Medtronic plc is seeking an experienced sales professional to promote and sell medical devices within a defined geographic area in Hong Kong. You will build and sustain relationships with distributors and healthcare professionals while driving sales targets and expanding the customer base.

You will identify leads, assess client needs, and deliver product services that maximize value. The role requires stakeholder collaboration and market feedback to support product development and marketing

Qualifications

• Requires relevant sales experience in medical devices, medtech, healthcare, or life sciences.
• Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills desired.
• Ability to analyze markets, identify leads, and close sales within healthcare channels.

Responsibilities

• Promotes and sells Medtronic products within assigned geographic area to meet sales targets.
• Develops long-term relationships with distributors and healthcare professionals.
• Pursues leads, assesses needs, and provides product services to maximize product benefits.
• Implements market development plans and communicates customer feedback to R&D, Operations and Marketing.
