Job summary

Boston Scientific Hong Kong is seeking a Territory Manager to drive growth in our local market. You will build relationships with hospitals, clinics and distributors, promote our medical devices, and execute plans to meet monthly, quarterly and yearly targets.

You will collaborate with the Divisional Manager, provide product and clinical training to customers, and represent Boston Scientific values in all interactions.

Responsibilities

• Develop an in-depth knowledge of the products and services provided by the division.
• Visit customers and potential customers on a regular and planned basis to promote products and services to achieve monthly, quarterly and yearly sales targets, as agreed with your Manager.
• Manage existing and acquire new customers in the assigned territory.
• Plan and develop the market for our existing and new products in line with divisional goals and objectives, through execution, while optimizing available tools (consignment etc.).
• Provide ongoing technical training and support to customers and healthcare professionals.
• Be a competent contact person for hospital management, purchasing departments and hospital staff.
• Attend meetings, conferences and exhibitions as required to promote Boston Scientific products and services.
• Analyze and report market and business feedback to your Manager using all available tools (e.g. AMS).
• Represent Boston Scientific values and integrity.
• Support the development of less experienced staff members.
