Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Engineering, Biotechnology, or related field.
• 3–5 years of sales or sales/marketing in medical devices or healthcare.
• Experience with Instruments, Neurosurgical products, or Capital Equipment preferred.
• Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
• Results-driven, capable of independent learning and cross-functional collaboration.
• Excellent stakeholder management, negotiation, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Execute sales activities to achieve budgeted sales and profitability goals.
• Support Sales Manager in formulating plans and identify market opportunities.
• Maintain network with dealers and customers.
• Prepare sales analyses and forecasts.
• Explore new accounts to expand customer base.
• Prepare monthly market reports and feedback to improve service.
