Job summary

Stryker in Hong Kong seeks a motivated Territory Supervisor to drive sales growth for the Instruments portfolio. You will implement sales activities, develop relationships with dealers and customers, and identify new business opportunities to expand market presence and revenue.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand customer needs, provide market insights, and ensure exceptional service while contributing to business objectives.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years in sales or sales/marketing in medical devices or healthcare.
• Experience with Instruments, Neurosurgical products, or Capital Equipment preferred.
• Strong problem-solving, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain key business relationships.
• Able to work independently and collaboratively in cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Execute sales strategies to meet budgeted sales and profitability goals.
• Support Sales Manager in planning activities aligned with local strategies.
• Maintain network of dealers and customers.
• Prepare regular sales performance analyses and forecasts.
