Stryker is seeking a results-driven sales professional to expand its medical technologies across Hong Kong. You will drive territory revenue, build critical partnerships with hospitals and distributors, and contribute to strategic sales initiatives that improve patient outcomes.

The role emphasizes end-to-end sales execution, market analysis, and cross-functional collaboration to achieve territory objectives and deliver value to customers.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of sales and/or marketing experience within the medical device or healthcare industry.
• Experience in territory supervisor or similar commercial role is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Execute territory sales plans to achieve assigned revenue and profitability targets.
• Support development and implementation of local sales strategies by identifying market needs and growth opportunities.
• Build and maintain relationships with hospitals, healthcare professionals, distributors, and partners to grow market share.
• Prospect and secure new customer accounts to expand the territory base.
• Analyze sales performance, pipeline activity, and forecasts to identify opportunities and address business challenges.
• Monitor market dynamics and competitor activities; provide regular business insights.
• Gather customer feedback to improve service quality and support portfolio expansion.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver customer solutions and achieve territory objectives.
