Job summary

Hong Kong Housing Society seeks a Temporary Customer Services Officer for the Flat-for-Sale Secondary Market Scheme in Wan Chai. The role covers handling applications, enquiries and providing courteous customer service under a 3-month contract.

The successful candidate will assist with processing, perform general administrative duties and support logistics, demonstrating strong English and Chinese communication skills and a professional demeanor.

Qualifications

• Secondary education or above, with HKCEE/HKDSE qualifications.
• Experience in handling customers’ enquiries is advantageous.
• Mature, service-oriented and attentive to details with good manners.
• Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese; Putonghua is a plus.

The Person

• Mature, service-oriented and attentive to details.
• Good manner, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese, proficiency in Putonghua would be an advantage.
• Knowledge of MS Windows application, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing.
