Job summary

Hong Kong Housing Society is seeking a Temp Customer Services Officer for the Flat-for-Sale Scheme's Secondary Market Scheme. You will assist in processing applications and follow up with applicants, and handle general enquiries in a courteous and professional manner.

Responsibilities include logistics, administrative support, and undertaking other duties assigned by the supervisor. The ideal candidate has HKCEE/HKDSE, strong English and Chinese literacy, good interpersonal skills, and

Qualifications

Secondary education or above with HKCEE/HKDSE qualifications.
Experience in handling customers’ enquiries and familiar with subsidized housing scheme is a definite advantage.
Mature, service-oriented and attentive to details.
Good manner, communication and interpersonal skills.
Good command of English and Chinese; Putonghua would be an advantage.
Knowledge of MS Windows application, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing.

Responsibilities

Perform logistics, administrative and clerical support duties.
Undertake any other duties assigned by the supervisor.
