Responsibilities

• Manage a full 360° recruitment desk in technology across financial services, fintech, or related sectors.
• Proactively develop new business opportunities while expanding and deepening existing client relationships.
• Head hunt, assess, and place mid‑to senior‑level technology professionals.
• Advise clients on hiring strategies, market insights, and compensation trends.
• Manage the end‑to‑end candidate lifecycle, from sourcing and interviewing through to offer management and placement.
• Build a strong personal brand through networking, referrals, and market engagement.
• Consistently deliver against revenue targets and key performance metrics.

Key Responsibilities
