Position Overview

We are currently seeking a driven and ambitious Recruitment Consultant to join our growing Hong Kong team. This role is ideal for a Japanese speaker with strong English communication skills and a proven track record in recruitment—particularly within the fintech space.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, engage, and build relationships with top-tier candidates to drive successful placements
• Expand and strengthen our client network, uncovering new business opportunities
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle—from sourcing and interviewing to offer negotiation and onboarding
• Build and maintain long-term, trust-based relationships with both clients and candidates
• Provide strategic consulting on market trends, hiring strategies, and talent acquisition
• Advise candidates on career transitions and professional development
• Collaborate closely with our Tokyo team to lead cross-border recruitment projects

Requirements

• Highly fluent in Japanese(Above JLPT 1 ) and business-level English proficiency
• Minimum 2 years of recruitment OR Sales experience, preferably in fintech or IT sectors
• Strong sales mindset with a proactive, ambitious, and results-driven attitude
• Fresh Graduates with strong drive, excellent interpersonal and communication skills could be considered
• Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
