YG LINKS in Hong Kong is seeking a senior recruitment leader to head the regional function, covering experienced hires and campus recruitment. You will lead a small team, define end-to-end recruitment workflows, and build in-house sourcing capabilities while reducing reliance on agencies.

You will partner with department heads and HR leadership, strengthen sourcing channels and employer branding, and set strategies for overseas markets.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 10+ years in recruitment or TA leadership with track record of managing a team.
• Proven ability to design and optimise end-to-end recruitment processes and TA operating models.
• Strong experience building direct sourcing capability and reducing agency dependence.
• Experience leading campus recruitment and employer branding initiatives.
• Multi-market exposure with ability to partner with senior stakeholders.

The Role

• Lead the recruitment function for Hong Kong, covering experienced hire and campus
• recruitment, leading a small recruitment team
• Define and optimise the end-to-end recruitment workflow, from intake and sourcing throughto offer and onboarding
• Build in-house direct sourcing capability and reduce reliance on external search firms
• Strengthen sourcing channels and talent pools, and build out the recruitment platform
• Drive employer branding to raise our profile in the local talent market
• Set sourcing strategies for other overseas markets, adapted by region
• Manage external vendors — search firms, job boards and other recruitment suppliers —
• covering performance and cost

What We're Looking For

• 10+ years of recruitment experience, including managing a recruitment team
• Proven direct sourcing track record, and experience reducing agency dependency
• Experience managing external recruitment vendors, with an eye on performance and cost
• Hands-on with recruitment process design, TA operating models and recruitment systems
• Experience leading campus recruitment and employer branding
• Exposure to sourcing or hiring across multiple overseas markets
• Mature and steady in style, able to partner with senior stakeholders
• Fluent English and Chinese; Cantonese an advantage
